Private Charters and Corporate Functions:
THIS IS WHEN THE FERRYMAN CRUISE VESSEL IS FOR YOUR SOLE USE
PRIVATE CHARTER BOOKINGS: This is when the vessel is for the SOLE use of the client regardless of the number of passengers.
Two pricing structures apply – 30 or less which is a flat rate price regardless if you have 10 or 30 passengers and 31+ which is a price per passenger. Vessel can seat 55 passengers comfortably.

· Departure times for groups can be arranged to suit your timetable for the day.
· All prices include marine park fees, insurance, GST, cruise time and catering.
· Ferryman Cruises are conducted in protected waters providing a smooth ride with the vessel offering a scenic deck above that provides spectacular views of the waterway and the majestic Glasshouse Mountains.
Some ideas:
2 hr sunset (simple or specialised nibbles), 3 hr dinner, 2 or 3 hr breakfast with fresh savoury croissants, 2 hour morning tea - cake or fresh scones/jam/cream, 4 hour lunch (a range of catering options), 4 hour nibbles & dinner - the list goes on.

Music/CD player is available aboard or a juke box can be hired.
A microphone is also available for presentations.

Please provide your ideas on the following:
· Length of cruise (2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours)
· Type of catering (ie: no catering/bare boat, breakfast, nibbles (basic or special), barbecue, buffet, or seafood)
· Proposed numbers – less than 30, or 31 to 55 passengers
· Type of event (birthday, anniversary, wedding etc)

PRICING
TERMS OF TRADE – PRIVATE CHARTER
In all cases Ferryman Cruises, Bribie Island reserves the right to apply the following schedule of fees, in addition to any fees imposed by the various operators and service providers.
· DEPOSIT: A Non-refundable $200 deposit is to be forwarded to the Ferryman Cruises, Bribie Island to confirm your booking. Cruise is transferrable up to 4 weeks prior to date.
· FINAL SETTLEMENT IS REQUIRED: On the function day prior to departure. Cheque, cash or money order accepted. No credit card facilities are available.
· Children 5 years and over are charged at the same rate as adults. Children under 5 years travel at no charge. Number of children under 5 years must still be advised with confirmation of final passenger numbers.
· FINAL PASSENGER NUMBERS & PAYMENT: Final passenger numbers must be advised seven (7) days prior to cruise date. Payment on the day will be for the number of passengers advised at confirmation of the cruise which is seven (7) days prior to cruise date, regardless if your passenger numbers are less on the day, and price per person will be relative to confirmation number and quoted price.
· LATE CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: All deposit monies to be refunded minus any expenses incurred by way of catering perishables.
· Ferryman Cruises vessel is a fully liquor licensed vessel and the current liquor law requires the distribution of alcoholic on the vessel to be under the control of the master of the vessel. No beverages are to be brought aboard.
